We are informed that the order dated 18th November 2025, inasmuch as, it directs the respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's appeal pending before the said authority, has been complied with. We are informed that the petitioner's appeal has been allowed by the respondent No.3 and that the Commissioner of Police, Pune, has been directed to issue license.

Considering the aforesaid, we request the Commissioner of Police, Pune, to issue a license at the earliest, keeping in mind that the petitioner is a State and National Level Shooter. The said license to be issued at the earliest and preferably within 10 days from the date of uploading of this order.
