C. :- 1) Mr. Chavan, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.4 on instructions submitted that, the impugned Order dated 17th April, 2025 has already been worked out and the Test Audit of the Petitioner-Society is conducted. The concerned Authority found the Management of the Petitioner at fault and therefore, appropriate criminal proceedings are initiated against it. He submitted that, the police has already lodged FIR against the Members of the Management of the Petitioner-Society. 2) In view of the above, Mr. Deshpande, learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to avail appropriate 1/2
