The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the representation dated 3rd October, 2025 at page 96 of the Petition paperbook, may be considered by the CIDCO Authorities and an order on the said representation praying for regularization of 'Aai Mata' temple, may be passed. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners seeks liberty to file additional documents along with the said representation. 3.

The learned Advocate representing the CIDCO Authorities submits that the said Application would be dealt with on its own merits and an order would be passed within a period of thirty days. 4.

In view of the above, if the Petitioners tender such documents within a period of fifteen days from today, CIDCO would be at liberty to decide the representation on its own merits, and by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of thirty days thereafter,.
