At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend to delete name of the respondent No.5 from the array of respondents. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith, during the course of the day.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The only relief sought for by the petitioner is prayer clause (c) which is in the alternative. The said prayer clause (c) reads thus: "C. In the alternative, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ of certiorari / mandamus / any other similar writ order or direction directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take cognizance of the complaint/representations dated 18th September, 2025 and 21st September, 2025 made by the petitioner." 4.

Considering that this is the only relief sought for by the petitioner, we direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to decide the representations / complaints made by the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the representations / complaints dated 18th September, 2025 and 21st September, 2025 made by the petitioner and as such, the authorities to decide the said representations / complaints on its own merits, in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 7.

We make it clear, that we have not heard the petition on the other reliefs sought by the petitioner in prayer clauses (a) and (b) and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open. 8.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
