ORDER :

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and expressing our disinclination to interfere with the impugned Order, Mr. Manoj Harit appearing for the Petitioners states on instructions that the Petitioners will deposit the balance predeposit as per the impugned Order dated 25th September, 2025 1/2

907-wp-15148-2025.doc within a period of two weeks from today i.e. on or before 2nd December, 2025. The statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, there shall be a stay of the DRAT Order dated 25th September, 2025 until 2nd December, 2025. In the event, the Petitioners complies with the above statement, the DRAT shall hear the Miscellaneous Appeal No. Dy. No.2419 of 2024 filed by the Petitioners, together with the stay Application filed therein.
