By the present Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the Order dated 13th October 2025 passed by the learned Judge, 4th Family Court, Mumbai, below Exhibit-13 in Petition No. A-834 of 2025. In the said Application bearing Exhibit-13, access of the minor child was sought from 19th October 2025 to 25th October 2025 and no other prayer was sought. Thus, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.
