We are informed that the Mediation is still in progress and that the next date before the Mediator is 12th and 13th January 2026. 3.

Both, learned senior counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 agree not to precipitate the matter before the Charity Commissioner. They also agree that they will take steps jointly for seeking extension of time before the Charity Commissioner, in view of the pending mediation. 4.

Stand over to 2nd February 2026.
