Present petition has been filed for following reliefs :- "B.

The respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to accord approval to the appointment of petitioner, in terms of the proposal submitted on 29.05.2019 at Exh. 'A', keeping in view that, the challenge to the appointment of petitioner has failed."

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

The petitioner came to be appointed by order dated 05.03.2019 in respondent No.4 school, however, his appointment was challenged before the School Tribunal. By order dated 12.07.2023, the said matter before [1]

920-wp-15162-2025.odt the School Tribunal was dismissed. Thereafter, one Mr. Atiq Ahmad Zamir Ahmad filed Writ Petition No.4131 of 2024 before this Court challenging the decision by the School Tribunal, however, this Court by order dated 22.04.2024 dismissed the writ petition. Thereafter, the reminder was given by the school authorities on 28.02.2025 for consideration of original proposal dated 25.09.2019 for approval, however, no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition. 4.

Upon instructions from respondent No.2, learned AGP makes a statement that the said proposals i.e. the proposal as well as reminder would be decided within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.
