Learned Advocate for the petitioner after tendering apology places on record the communication dated 16.08.2024. It is taken on record by marking as Exhibit- 'X'. He submits that even after the order in the Second Appeal filed by him and imposing fine amount, the information as such is not supplied by respondent No.5. Now, respondent No.3 has been appointed as the appropriate authority to implement the order dated 07.07.2025.
