The Petitioner has undergone the selection process through the Pavitra Portal. He has secured the highest rank in the said process and stands at Serial No.1. Despite this, the Management has not yet issued the appointment order. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Management submits, on instructions from the President of the Education Society, who is present in the Court hall, that the appointment order would be issued within 15 days from today.

The learned Addl. GP submits that since the selection has been conducted through the Pavitra Portal, the Education Officer would not oppose.

We direct that after the Petitioner is appointed, the Management should forward the proposal for approval within 15 days, and the Education Officer would follow the due procedure prescribed by law, recognising the sanctity of the Pavitra Portal selection and take a decision.
