By this Writ petition the petitioner takes exception to the common order dated 04.07.2025 passed by Respondent No.2-Caste Scrutiny Committee by which the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe has been invalidated. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that impugned common order was challenged by the other claimants by filing Writ Petition No.10381 of 2025 along with the other connected Writ petitions and this Court by an order dated 10.09.2025 has set aside the impugned common order and has granted conditional validity to those petitioners.

Learned AGP does not dispute this fact and therefore we proceed to pass the following order :- :: O R D E R ::

(i) The Writ Petition is allowed.

(ii) The impugned common order dated 04.07.2025 passed by Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee is hereby set aside. (iii) The Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue validity certificate to the petitioner of belonging to 'KoliMahadev', Scheduled Tribe. (iv) The validity certificate to be issued shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates of the validity holders on which the petitioner has rest his claim.

(v) The Petitioner shall not claim any equity.
