Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner at the outset states that there is an alternate remedy of Revision under Section 44(2) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 and therefore seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate alternate remedy.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with leave as sought. 3.
