Mr. Vineet Naik, the learned Senior Advocate, for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend the Petition so as to implead the Election Commission of India, as party-Respondent.

Leave granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 3.

Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 12th November 2025.

Mr. Sachindra Shetye, the learned Counsel waives notice for the Respondent No.3.

In view of the exigency of the situation, list the matter tomorrow, 12th November 2025. The Petitioner shall privately serve the Election Commission of India, today itself.

Mr. Shetye, submits that there is an administrative order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. The Registrar (Judicial-I) to verify and if this matter is required to be listed before the Special Bench, the Petition be listed before the Special Bench. If not, list the Petition before this Court tomorrow, 12th November 2025.
