1) Learned 'B' Panel Counsel on instructions from the Tahsildar Khed, District Pune, submitted that, the Order dated 15th September 2023 passed by the said Tahsildar has been confirmed by the Additional Collector in RTS Appeal No. RTS/2A/561/ 2025. That, against the Order passed by the Additional Collector, Respondent No.3 has preferred an Application under Section 256 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. However the said Appellate Authority has not granted stay to the Order passed by the Additional Collector and therefore the Order passed by the Tahsildar Khed holds the 1/2

dtg 5-Wp-15236-2025.doc field as of today.

1.1) Learned counsel on instructions submitted that, Respondent No.1, Tahsildar Khed, therefore will implement the Order dated 15th September 2023 passed by it within a period of one week from the date of uploading of present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted.

2) At the request of learned 'B' Panel Counsel, stand over to 10th March 2026.
