1) The aforesaid Petition was disposed of vide Order dated 14th November 2025, and is kept today for recording compliance of the same.
2) Vide Order dated 14th November 2025, we had permitted the Petitioner to undergone termination of the pregnancy, which was less than 24 weeks.

3. WP 15254-2025.doc 3) Mr. M.P. Thakur, learned A.G.P. for the Respondent No.1-State, informs us that the pregnancy has been terminated. Learned A.G.P, has tendered a report dated 26th November 2025. Same is taken on record. From the said report, it appears that, the Petitioner has undergone Medical Termination of Pregnancy and the delivered fetus was declared stillbirth (intrauterine fetal demise).
4) We are informed that the Petitioner has been discharged from the Hospital. Hence, no further orders.
