Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners for a while. 2.
We have asked the learned advocate for the petitioners to demonstrate as to how non acquisition of remaining area of petitioners land is affecting them and causing damage or unless that remaining portion is also acquired it cannot amount to granting of fair compensation to them. Up till now, we are not convinced with those submissions, but then learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks accommodation to file more documents to support the petitioners'
{2} 22-WP-15256-2025 contentions. Such documents, if any, be filed along with additional affidavit on or before 20.02.2026. Copy of the same be given to the other side in advance.
