After hearing submissions of Ms.Kadam, learned counsel for the Petitioner, it appears that the primary grievance of the Petitioner is pertaining to execution of sale deed involving the land of the predecessor-in-interest of the petitioner, which is alleged to be a fraudulent transaction.

Since, the legality of a registered sale deed is challenged, this matter can be agitated only before the competent Court of jurisdiction i.e. Civil Court. On the prayer of Ms.Kadam, learned counsel for the Petitioner, made on instructions from her client, this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy, as may be permissible under the law.
