The learned Additional Government Pleader further places before us the original file which is carried to the Court by Mr. Santosh Waman Borhade, Senior Clerk who is present in the Court Hall, in terms of our earlier order. The original file does not indicate any order, which could be a foundation for the issuance of the three impugned Notices.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that if these Notices are being withdrawn, this Petition is worked out.
