The first Petition is on board at Serial No. 46. The other five Petitions were not on board. At the request of the Petitioner, taken on the production board.

The approval to the appointments of the Petitioners, who have put in around 11 years to 17 years in employment, have been refused by Respondent No.2 on the ground that the prior permission of the Education Authority was not taken before the advertisement was published and the selections were made.
3.
Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 17th December, 2025. The learned AGPs waives services on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Let affidavit in reply be filed, at least one week prior to the returnable date.
5.
All office objections, if any, to be removed on or before 27th
November, 2025, failing which the Petitions to stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 28th November, 2025. 6.
