Present Writ Petition has been filed for direction to respondents to remove the encroachment over Gairan land in Gat No.235 situated at village Hipparga Rava, Taluka-Lohara, District-Osmanabad. It is the contention of the petitioner that on his representation to the Collector, the direction has been issued by the Collector to initiate action against the encroachers. The petitioner states that in spite of the visit and inspection made by the circle officer, no further action has been taken by the said officers in respect of the removal of encroachment. Upon

wp-15332.25 pointing out to the petitioner's Advocate, as to why this noncompliance has not been brought to the notice of the Collector, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Collector. 2.
