Assailing the judgment and order dated 20th May, 2025 passed by the Deputy Registrar-Respondent No. 6, the Petitioners have preferred Revision Application before the State of Maharashtra on 25th June, 2025.

The grievance of the Petitioners is on account of delay in hearing of the Petition.

Mr. P. G. Sawant, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent No.8/State submits, on instructions, obtained from her client that the Revision Application submitted by the Petitioners will be Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

31-ASWP-15334-2025.DOC decided within a period of four months from today. If that be so, the Writ Petition need not be kept pending before this Court any further.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that until such time, the Revision Application is decided by the Hon'ble Minister, no bye-election of the society should be held. In response to the above, Mr. Sujit B. Padarat, learned counsel for the Respondent No.7 submits that there is no proposal to hold any byeelection in the society. 5.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of by directing that the Petitioners' pending Revision Application be decided within four months, in accordance with law. The Petitioners would be at liberty to seek interim relief before the concerned authority also, as and when proper cause of action arises in respect thereof.

Whatever be the decision, the same be communicated to the Petitioners in writing.
