The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a refund of the educational fees paid while taking education at the institution of respondent No. 4.

It appears that the respondents added in the present petition are within the jurisdiction of the Principal Seat of this Court, and even the cause mentioned in the present petition has taken place when the petitioner was studying in the institution of respondent No. 4 in Mumbai. 3.

In the light of the above, the jurisdiction to entertain the present petition lies with the Principal Seat of this Court. In view of the same, we transfer the petition to Principal Seat of this Court. 4.

Registry to take further steps to transfer the matter to the Principal Seat of this Court.
