CORAM:

SUMAN SHYAM & S. M. MODAK, JJ.

DATED:

19th DECEMBER, 2025.

PC:- 1.

Being aggrieved by the order passed by the Appellate Authority, the Petitioner has preferred Revision Application under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 which is pending before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister.

2.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that no action has been taken by the Hon'ble Minister to dispose of the Revision Application No. RTS 3424/2655 of 2024.

3.

Expressing urgency in this matter, the Petitioner's counsel has prayed for a direction to dispose of the Revision Application. On instructions obtained from the department, Ms. Reena A. Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

56 WP 15344-25-C.DOC Salunkhe, learned AGP appearing for the State submits that, within six months, the Revision Application can be disposed of. 4.

If that be so, we do not find any justification to keep the Writ Petition pending before this Court. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of by providing that within six months from today the Revision Application be disposed of with a reasoned order, after giving the parties proper opportunity of hearing.
