After hearing Mr. Kishor Ajetrao, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, correction in the paragraph No.1 of the order dated 19th December, 2025 is permitted.

The order dated 19th December, 2025 shall stand modified to the above extent. Rest of the order would remain as it is. Let the corrected order be uploaded.
