The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(B) By issueing appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, direct the Respondent No.3-The Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune to decide proposal dated 04.03.2021 of petitioner for grant of individual approval as Assistant Teacher in respondent No.4 College, after compliance of quarries, same re-forwarded on 26.04.2021, in accordance with law within stipulated time frame of one month.
(C) By issue writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, Respondent No.3-The Deputy Director of Education, Pune Region, Pune may kindly be directed to grant an approval to the appointment of petitioner as Assistant Teacher w.e.f. 01.02.2020 on unaided basis forthwith along with all consequential benefits."

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents No.1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No.3-The Deputy Director of Education, he submits that the said action of forwarding and decision by respondent No.2 would be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there were deficiencies in the proposal; however, they have been removed and they were submitted to respondent No.3, yet they have not been forwarded. 4.
In view of the said fact, respondent No.4 to forward the said proposal if the deficiencies are removed within a period of two weeks from today and if they are not removed the deficiencies, then to get it removed within the aforesaid period. After the said proposal is forwarded, respondent No.3 to decide the same within a period of eight
(8) weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
