By consent of the parties, the order impugned dated 3rd November 2025 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune below Exhibit-68 in Marriage Petition No. A-481 of 2020 is set aside.

Permission is granted to cross-examine the respondent/husband on the next date before the Family Court. The present petition shall stand dismissed if the cross-examination is not conducted on the next date.
