PER COURT :- 1.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier petition filed before this Court in Writ Petition No.3294/2014 was disposed of by order dated 15/03/2022, and the respondent had raised an objection that an alternate remedy was available before the revisional authority. 2.

The learned Counsel further submits that the revisional authority was not available when this matter was taken up on the last date. The learned AGP was directed to take instructions regarding the date from which the revisional authority would be available, for adjudication. The learned AGP shall take instructions regarding the availability of the revisional authority to hear the revision petition.

Considering the above, the interim relief granted by this Court on 16/04/2014, and thereafter continued by order dated 15/03/2022 for a period of four weeks, shall continue in the meantime. 4.

List the matter on 30/01/2026.
