Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, we had suggested that the Petitioners alongwith the Respondent - Bank to sit together and work out a settlement. A settlement has thereafter been arrived at and Consent Terms are tendered by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.
The Consent Terms have been signed by the Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and Advocate for the Petitioners as well as by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 1/2

We are satisfied that the Consent Terms are in order, not contrary to law and have been drawn up by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions.
