The Writ Petition has been placed today in view of the Petitioner and Respondent - Bank arriving at a settlement in the above Writ Petition.

The Respondent - Bank has produced the original Title Deeds of the mortgage property in Court in sealed cover. A list of the original documents which are produced before this Court is tendered and taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The list marked 'X' has been made available to the Advocate for the Petitioner who is satisfied that these are the Title Deeds of the mortgaged property.

Mr. Reis, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has paid Rs.30,00,000/- by RTGS to the Respondent - Bank on 17th December, 2025.

Mr. Rajani, the learned Counsel for the Respondent - Bank has confirmed the receipt of the amount of Rs.30,00,000/- in full and final settlement of the OTS Scheme dated 7th November, 2025 and which discharges the outstanding amount due and payable under the loan Account No.DRBLVAS00545821.

The envelope containing the original Title Deeds of the
mortgaged property is de-sealed and the original Title Deeds are handed over to the Petitioner in Court.

The Respondent - Bank shall accordingly take appropriate steps for discharging its charge over the mortgage property within a period of one week from today. 7.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
