Taking into consideration the subject matter, the prayer clauses, and the fact that in the application seeking documents under the Right to Information Act the purpose has not been stated, we direct the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to show his bona fides, within a period of one month from today, in this Court. 3.

If the amount is deposited within the stipulated period, then list the matter for further consideration on 02.04.2026. 4.

In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to deposit the said amount, the writ petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to the Court.
