1) Learned Additional G.P on instructions in writing from the Assistant Commissioner, Fisheries Department, Nashik, submitted that, in view of the discussion between the parties on 12th January 2026, the tender to allow the fishing rights in respect of Naga-Sakya Minor Irrigation Tank situated at Nandgaon, District Nashik, will be given to the Petitioner by executing necessary agreement within a period of two weeks from today. 1.1) He submitted that, as of today, Respondent No.5-Society is deregistered and the Revision preferred by Respondent No.5 is pending before 1/2

He submitted that, in case the Respondent No.5 succeeds in getting the registration back, the rights of Respondent No.5 will be appropriately considered by the Respondent No.3, as per the provisions of law. The said statement is accepted. 1.2) He tendered across the bar a photocopy of communication dated 13th January 2026, addressed to the Office of the Government Pleader, Appellate Side, High Court, Mumbai, duly signed by the in-charge Assistant Commissioner, Fisheries Department, Nashik. The same is taken on record. 2) In view of the statements made by the learned Additional G.P, the grievance of the Petitioner is worked out and nothing further survives in the Petition as of today.
3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
