The Petitioner approached this Court on 06/11/2025 with a request that his name be included in the Ratnagiri Municipal Council Voters List, so as to vote in the Local Body elections. 2.

The learned Advocate Shri Shetye appearing on behalf of the Election Commission submits that, this Petition is rendered infructuous, since the election is already over. So also, by an interim Sonali

10-WP-15447-2025.odt order dated 17/11/2025, the name of the Petitioner was directed to be included in the Voters List.

None present for the Petitioner, either in the Court Hall or through the V.C. Mode.

It is apparent that this Petition has become infructuous. 5.

As such, this Petition is disposed off. In the event, the Petitioner has any remedy available in law, the disposal of this Petition would not be an impediment, if he chooses to avail of such a remedy.
