Prima facie, it appears that the judgment of the Registrar dated 22 May 2025 is contrary to the binding precedent of this Court in Kailash Maheshwari & Ors. vs. State of Maharashtra, Writ Petition No.10587 of 2025 decided on 25 September 2025. 3.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
