Mr. D. P. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Passport Authority submits that the Respondent-Husband has to submit application- 'Annexure-D Form' giving consent and also photocopies of his Passport or Pan Card.

Ms. Irani, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1-Father submits that the necessary requirements will be complied with by today evening.

Mr. Iyer, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that copies of the application forms which have been submitted by the Petitioner for getting Passport of two minor daughters will be furnished within half an hour to the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Father.

Mr. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Passport Authority submits that as soon as these requirements are complied with and police verification is completed, the Passport Authority will issue fresh Passport/Reissue Passport.

The Senior Inspector of Police, Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai is requested to expeditiously carry out the police verification and submit the report to the Passport Authority as early as possible, as one of the minor daughter is participating in the "Aerial Pole International Championship" at Budapest, Hungary, which is scheduled to be held on 8th December 2025. 6.
