By this petition, the only substantive relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the respondent No.1 - the Inspector General of Registration and Collector of Stamps, Pune, to decide the petitioner's appeal dated 25th February 2025 within 4 weeks from the date of the order.

Perused the petition. For the reasons set out in the petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 - the Inspector General of Registration and Collector of Stamps, Pune, to dispose of petitioner's appeal dated 25th February 2025, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Learned AGP as well as learned counsel for the petitioner to communicate this order to the respondent No.1 to enable them to comply with the same.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
