Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Sanglikar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that, the petitioner would file an application for transfer of the suit pending on the file of the learned Judge, City Civil Court, being Suit No.9167 of 1992 to the High Court on its Original Side. The learned Counsel submits that, in the meanwhile, some interim protection be granted to the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an application for transfer of Suit No.9167 of 1992 from the City Civil Court to the High Court, Bombay, within a period of four weeks. 1/2

In the meanwhile, the City Civil Court is requested to defer the hearing in Suit No.9167 of 1992 for a period of four weeks only.
