The learned Advocate representing the Nashik Municipal Corporation submits, on instructions, that the portion of illegal toilets constructed on the land of the Petitioner would be demolished and cost of around 7 Lakhs be deposited by the Petitioner with the Corporation to enable the Corporation to construct the said toilets blocks elsewhere by following the legal procedure.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would deposit the said amount with the Corporation within 15 days.
