The respondent / wife has a five year old daughter and, although, she is qualified there is no evidence that she is working as of now. She also has to take care of the small child. Considering these aspect, the Family Court, Aurangabad has directed to pay maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month to the wife, Rs.4,000/- per month to the daughter, Rs.30,000/- towards the educational expenses of the daughter starting from academic year 2024-2025. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has not challenged the amount as far as the child is concerned, however, he submits that the wife is qualified and is not working and seeking maintenance.

At the moment, the respondent / wife is not working and she has child to take care of. Considering these aspect today no case is made out for interference. In the event, the respondent / wife is employed at a later stage or deliberately refuses to take employment once the child is sufficiently capable to take care of herself for day to day activities, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek modification of the impugned order.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
