Heard Mr. Udane, learned Advocate for Petitioners; Ms. Agrawal, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 and Mr. Pable, learned AGP for Respondent - State.

The only grievance made by the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner is that Petitioner's Revision proceeding is pending before the State since September, 2024. Copy of the Revision proceeding is appended at page No.126 of the Petition and stay Application is appended at Exhibit 'J' - page No.110 of the Petition. 3.
Considering the timeline and the time which has lapsed, it would be appropriate to direct the State to determine the Revision
22.WP15521.2025.doc proceeding finally, rather than the stay Application. 4.
Both parties are directed to complete their respective pleadings in the Revision Application to enable the State to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Both parties shall be heard and reasoned speaking order shall be passed on the Revision Application.

At the joint request of both the learned Advocates, the State is directed to determine the Revision proceeding as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.
