Heard Mr. Mitesh Varshney, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Patil, learned AGP for the Respondent. 2.

The only relief sought in the Writ Petition is that the certified copies of certain documents which have bee sought be directed to be issued by the Respondent No.1.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP states that certain charges are required to be deposited and thereafter, within a period of one day

Petitioner- Jeetesh Shyamsunder Varshney, who is personally present in the Court, states that on 27th November 2025 on or before 11:30 a.m. he will deposit the requisite charges with the Competent Authority (Rent Act), Konkan Division, Mumbai. 5.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP, states that if the requisite charges are paid by the Petitioner on 27th November 2025, then by 28th November 2025 on or before 03:00 p.m., the certified copies as applied will be provided to the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to cost.
