The learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered an

affidavit of the Secretary, Persons with Disabilities Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra dated 18th December, 2025. The statement is made that the arrears will be cleared within 30 days. We appreciate the efforts made by the learned Additional Government Pleader in tendering the affidavit which reassures the Petitioners that the amounts would be cleared within 30 days. We clarify that the said amounts be paid on or before 31st January, 2026.

In the event, the amounts are not cleared, liberty to the Petitioners to move an Interim Application in the disposed off proceedings.

Pending Interim Application would not survive and stands disposed off.
