Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.
The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal before the State Consumer Commission.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioner No.1 is a 84 year old lady, the State Commission be directed to hear and decide the appeal expeditiously. 4.
In the event, the petitioners file an appeal before the State Commission within a period of three weeks, the State Commission, having regard to the age of the appellant and the circumstances of the case, is requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible, and 1/2

With the aforesaid request to the State Commission, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
