The learned Advocates for the respective sides submit that these Petitioners are identically placed with the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.6765 of 2018 (Suman Sachin Jain & Ors. V/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) and connected matters, in which this Court had passed the final order dated 17th July, 2025. All the directions issued below Paragraph No.16 (A) to (L) and Paragraph Nos.17 and 18, would be identically applicable to all these Petitioners, is the contention. 2.
In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off by recording that the directions set out below Paragraph No. 16 (A) to (L), coupled with Paragraph Nos. 17 and 18, would apply to these cases.
