Prima facie, the orders passed by the Authorities below appear to be inconsistent with the judgments of this Court in Kailash Maheshwari & Ors. v. State of Maharashtra (Writ Petition No. 10587 of 2025, decided on 25 September 2025), as well as the decision in Vijay Lakhi & Ors., v. Minister of Co-operation & Ors.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (e) and (f).
