We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. Since the learned Advocate, Mr. Kulkarni is on the Panel of the Pune Municipal Corporation, we requested him to assist the Court. 2.

It reveals from the record that a decision to erect a statue has been taken and the construction is in progress. The Petitioner is one person, who does not like the design of the statue because the revered person is shown riding a horse with a sword in his hand.
