The limited grievance made in this Writ Petition is that the application tendered for issuance of caste certificate has been turned down by Sub-divisional Officer Nilanga by communication dated 10.12.2025, stating that the petitioner and his forefathers are residents of Tq. Omerga Dist. Dharashiv. Therefore, the petitioner has approached the concerned S.D.O.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the office of S.D.O. Tq. Omerga Dist. Dharashiv has not accepted the application. 4.

We therefore, direct the Sub-divisional Officer, Tq. Omerga, Dist. Dharashiv to accept the application of the petitioner, if it is tendered online and if the same is received by the office of S.D.O., Tq. Omerga, Dist. Dharashiv, he should decide the said within a period of one month
