The present petition arises from proceedings under Section 95 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. The challenge in this petition is confined to the order passed in those proceedings.

The learned advocate for the petitioners has produced a copy of the order dated 10 September 2025. That order records that the petitioners have deposited the loan amount with the society. As a result, the attachment and encumbrance earlier Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

2025.12.03 15:42:09 +0530 imposed on the property of the society do not survive. The VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE authority has, therefore, recalled the order passed under Section 95 of the Act.

In view of the recall of the order that formed the foundation of this petition, no further issue survives for consideration. The petition does not call for any adjudication. 4.
