The Petitioner assails the order dated 24th May 2022 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies issuing a recovery certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 ("the Act, 1960").

The Petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy under Section ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.11.27 11:17:32 +0530 154 of the Act, 1960. Sub-Section (2A) of Section 154 mandates a predeposit, where the recovery certificate issued under Section 101 is challenged.

Hence, the Petition stands disposed with liberty to avail statutory remedy.
