The present petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to issue occupancy certificate.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that on two occasions, the respondents had issued notice and intimation respectively, and they have been complied with by the petitioner as he has removed the requisite marked compound wall on his own, and there again when he was asked to deposit the fine amount, he has deposited the same. It is to the tune of Rs.1,31,250/-, Rs.15,000 and Rs.33,660/-. Thereafter, he has made application on 08.09.2025 requesting the respondents to issue occupancy certificate. The society has also given an application on 27.10.2025, but no decision has been taken.

Learned advocate Mr. Tope appears and waives the service of notice for respondents and submits that the representation dated 08.09.2025 and 27.10.2025 would be decided within a period of two

(2) months from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. 4.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to decide those representations within a period of two (2) months from today.
