The present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.4 for correcting the mutation entry.

It appears that the petitioner has not considered entries properly. He has made application for entering his name as the legal heir of his mother Vatsalabai.

Learned AGP is producing Form-6. Mutation entry No.1163 which came to be approved on 22.08.2022 and latest 7/12 extract of 05.01.2026. They are taken on record by marking Exhibit 'X' collectively. By this entry, to both the lands i.e. Gut No.149 and Gut No.184, the name of the present petition appears to have been mutated. In such circumstances, the purpose of the present writ petition is served. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
